Regarding the live-together issue, a legal notice has been sent to actress Jinata Janu Swagata, asking her to apologize.
Following her comments about living together, she has found herself in trouble.
A legal notice has been sent to her demanding a public apology, or legal action will be taken.
A person named Ariful Khabir sent this notice on Saturday (December 28) through Supreme Court lawyer Muhammad Mehsbah Uddin Chowdhury.
The notice states, "You (Swagata) have admitted to living together with a person named Hasan Azad and have publicly acknowledged that you have been doing so for the past year.
Additionally, you encourage others to live together. Since you are a follower of the Muslim faith, you are aware that cohabitation or living together before marriage is completely haram (forbidden).
You are engaging in this haram act and encouraging others to do the same, which will lead to an increase in immorality and create a chaotic environment in society.
Your statement has severely hurt the religious sentiments of Muslims. As my client is a devout Muslim, your statement has also offended their religious feelings.
Therefore, my client has sent you this notice in anger.
Thus, within seven days of receiving this notice, you must retract your statement and publicly apologize. You will inform my client of this.
Otherwise, my client will take necessary legal action against you for your statement that has hurt religious sentiments, for which you will be held responsible."
Swagata's husband is Dr. Hasan Azad. In a previous interview, the actress stated, "Hasan and I have lived together for a year.
Then we decided to be partners." She added, "When we were living together, there were no issues from either of our parents.
Even my siblings said, if someone comes from the UK, you got married, and then life is over.
it's better to live together and see if you can stay together for a lifetime.
then make your decision." She further mentioned, "Society has accepted our situation.
Initially, it took some time, but later it became normal."
