Do you know why there is a problem, Apu Biswas? A case has been filed against actress Apu Biswas on charges of fraud. Hero Alam and Zahidul Islam have also been named as defendants in the same case.
The producer Simi Islam Koli filed the case on October 24 at the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court in Dhaka. However, Apu Biswas stated that she is unaware of the matter. The producer claims that Apu Biswas and Zahidul Islam hacked her YouTube channel.
Attempts have already been made to resolve the issue through a general diary and the producers' association. After promising to return the channel, Apu Biswas allegedly did not keep her word. Earlier, on January 28 of this year, Simi filed a general diary at Lalbagh Police Station. When the matter became public, Hero Alam stepped in as a mediator. He assured that a solution would be found by talking to both parties.
Simi's allegation is that she was asked for 1 million taka to return the channel. It was stated that this demand came from Apu Biswas. After negotiations, Simi gave Hero Alam 500,000 taka in hopes of getting the channel back. After receiving the money, they returned the channel, but Simi found that the previous videos on her channel were missing. After no resolution was reached, producer Simi took legal action against Apu Biswas, Hero Alam, and Zahidul Islam.
Apu Biswas has spoken to the media regarding this matter. In her statement, she said, "This is an old incident. I don’t understand where she (Koli) suddenly got all this from. I heard about it through journalists. I am not aware of this. I don’t deal with these matters; my admin takes care of them."
Regarding whether she will take legal action in response to Simi Islam Koli's case, Apu said, "The state of the film industry is already deplorable.
I don’t understand why such controversies are being created at this time. I will talk to her and see why she is suddenly so upset. After talking, I will decide on this matter."
